Our mobile storefronts will now include serving the prestigious La Brea Tar Pits in Hancock Park.

Building upon the success of the existing collaboration with the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County, BIB Technologies will bring FRO, a state-of-the-art mobile storefront powered by clean energy to La Brea Tar Pits. This new partnership will enable visitors to enjoy dairy-free and vegan FRO-yo made fresh daily from locally sourced fresh fruits.

La Brea Tar Pits is an iconic Los Angeles landmark and the world’s most powerful gateway to the Ice Age. The asphalt seeps at La Brea Tar Pits are the only active urban fossil dig site in the world. Plants and animals from the last 50,000 years are discovered there every day. Outside, visitors can watch excavators carve fossils out of the asphalt. Inside the museum at La Brea Tar Pits (established in 1977 as the George C. Page Museum), staff prepares these discoveries in the see-through Fossil Lab.
